Born in Brooklyn, raised on Long Island, and redeemed in Wilmington, North Carolina.
I built businesses for more than thirty years before life did what it eventually does to everyone. It broke me down to what actually mattered. I walked through more fire than I ever expected to survive. At fifty-seven, on July 25, 2021, I raised my hand to Jesus. On September 12, I was baptized in the Atlantic Ocean, a line in the sand that split my life in two. Before Jesus. And a lifetime calling ever since.
I’m not a preacher. I’m not a poet. What I have is a calling, the kind you don’t choose. The kind that chooses you and won’t let you go until you finally stop running and pick up what it’s been asking you to carry.
My calling is simple. Help the next person find their way out of the fire faster than I found mine.
That’s why I write. That’s why I coach. That’s the whole reason this place exists.
